My Experience
A Vermont resident since 2018, I purchased a home here at the height of the Covid-19 pandemic, learning firsthand how persistence and negotiating skills are essential when representing either buyers or sellers.
I later purchased my first investment property, a duplex, that I've successfully staged and marketed as a 2-unit short-term rental property in Elmore, VT.
I've since used my property marketing and management experience to help clients earn more income from their properties. Recently, I helped one client more than quadruple his annual rental income.
Previously, I was Marketing Director for a high-growth publisher. I grew up in Minnesota where I received my BA in Communications & Journalism and my Master’s in Strategic Communications Management.
My passion and aptitude for real estate, along with financial literacy, negotiation skills and go-getter attitude are a perfect match whether you are looking to buy or sell a residential or commercial property, or generate rental income.
